Intense Clashes in Eastern Ukraine: A Day of Multiple Russian Attacks

Ukraine's military reported facing multiple Russian attacks on the Toretsk and Pokrovsk fronts in eastern Ukraine throughout Tuesday. These assaults included an offensive on the settlement of Niu-York.
Russia earlier claimed to have taken control of Niu-York, but Reuters has not yet independently confirmed this claim. According to Ukraine's military, their primary focus is repelling Russian advances on the Pokrovsk front, where 49 attacks were repelled.
As of Tuesday, an additional 13 clashes between Ukrainian and Russian forces were still underway, highlighting the ongoing intensity of the conflict.
