Chile Central Bank Revises 2024 GDP Growth Estimate

Chile's central bank has adjusted its 2024 GDP growth forecast to a range of 2.25% to 2.75%, down slightly from the previous estimate of 2.25% to 3.0%. The forecast for 2025 remains unchanged at 1.5% to 2.5%.

Chile's central bank on Wednesday slightly revised its gross domestic product (GDP) growth estimate for 2024, adjusting the range to 2.25% to 2.75%. This update comes after an earlier projection in June had set the range between 2.25% and 3.0%.

The Andean nation's monetary authority maintained its forecast for 2025 GDP growth at 1.5% to 2.5%, reflecting cautious optimism for the years ahead.
