North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has revealed that the country is enacting a nuclear force construction policy aimed at increasing its nuclear arsenal 'exponentially,' as reported by state media KCNA on Tuesday.
In a speech given on North Korea's founding anniversary on Monday, Kim stated that North Korea must meticulously prepare its nuclear capabilities and ensure readiness to deploy them at any time to safeguard the country's security rights, according to KCNA.
Kim further underscored the necessity of a robust military presence to confront 'the various threats posed by the United States and its followers.'
