Conviction in Tragic Valentine’s Day Murder Shocks Community

A 25-year-old man from Pakistan, Shazeb Khalid, was found guilty of murdering Vignesh Pattabhiraman, a 36-year-old Indian restaurant manager, using a stolen Range Rover. The incident occurred on Valentine’s Day in Reading, UK. Khalid, along with accomplices Soiheem Hussain and Mya Reilly, faced various charges, leaving Pattabhiraman's family devastated.

In a shocking crime that has rattled the community, Shazeb Khalid, a 25-year-old man of Pakistani descent, has been convicted of murdering 36-year-old Indian restaurant manager Vignesh Pattabhiraman in Reading, UK.

Pattabhiraman was struck by a stolen Range Rover driven by Khalid while cycling home from work on Valentine’s Day. Khalid was arrested shortly after and found guilty following a 28-day trial.
