Andhra Pradesh CM Pushes for Unmatched Quality in Government Services

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu emphasized the necessity for delivering government services with 100 percent quality and ensuring beneficiary satisfaction. He reviewed several government departments, focusing on improving service quality, addressing complaints, and exploring remote work opportunities for the workforce across the state.

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu of Andhra Pradesh on Monday urged government officials to ensure complete beneficiary satisfaction by delivering services with utmost quality. Stressing the importance of quality improvement, Naidu called for a focus on delivering programs that meet public expectations at all levels of governance.

Naidu, during a meeting at the Assembly, discussed feedback from beneficiaries regarding various government schemes. He reviewed the functioning of revenue services, hospitals, endowments, and municipal departments, as part of a broader plan to evaluate four departments weekly.

The Chief Minister also addressed complaints about certain departments, insisting on accountability and changes in leadership where necessary. Highlighting the state’s push for remote work, Naidu noted that 1.72 lakh people currently work from home, with plans to expand opportunities based on a survey of over 82 lakh individuals.
