On Thursday evening, Indian air defence units demonstrated their prowess by intercepting eight missiles launched by Pakistan. The targets included significant sites in Jammu, notably the Jammu Airport. Defence sources have likened these tactics to those utilized by the terror group Hamas and emphasized the prompt neutralization by Indian forces.
Pakistan's strategic goals involved firing at key locations such as Jammu Airport, Samba, RS Pura, and Arnia. A meeting between Pakistan's ISI and Hamas in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir last month has raised concerns over the Pakistani Army operating similarly to a terror organization.
In addition to missiles, hostile drones were reportedly sent across India's western border but were skillfully intercepted, ensuring the safety of both military installations and civilian zones. The quick action by the Indian Air Defence System reassured the public, as residents were alerted and observed the ensuing aerial defense operations.
