An Army drone has disappeared amid a training exercise, officials confirmed on Tuesday.
The incident occurred when a drone, lacking both camera and GPS capabilities, strayed away near the city railway station, as outlined in the report filed by technician Havildar Major Deepak Roy of the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers.
Sadar Circle Officer Santosh Kumar Singh shared with PTI, "The drone crossed the railway line after losing signal due to strong winds, venturing in an unexpected direction." Despite comprehensive search efforts, the drone's whereabouts remain unknown.
