Rajnath Singh's Bold Stand: 'Decisive Response to Sir Creek Misadventure'

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh warned Pakistan against any misadventure in the Sir Creek sector, promising a 'decisive response' capable of altering 'history and geography.' Speaking in Bhuj near the Indo-Pak border, Singh celebrated Dussehra with the military, and highlighted India's successes in Operation Sindoor, asserting India's commitment to counter-terrorism.

In a stark warning aimed at Pakistan, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh declared that any provocative action in the contested Sir Creek sector would be met with a 'decisive response' powerful enough to alter 'history and geography.'

His statements, delivered from a military base near Bhuj, Gujarat, follow Pakistan's expansion of military facilities in the disputed area. Singh was in Bhuj to celebrate Dussehra with soldiers, conducting a traditional 'Shastra Puja' or weapon worship ceremony.

Highlighting Operation Sindoor's success, Singh emphasized India's readiness and proven capability in counter-terrorism, though not seeking war escalation. He also reiterated the importance of joint military operations in fortifying coastal security via newly inaugurated facilities in Sir Creek.
