Explosions reported on bridges in Ecuador as violence escalates

Ecuador's infrastructure minister said on Wednesday that he received reports of devices exploding on two bridges, following a car explosion outside a shopping mall the day before.

Minister Roberto Luque said on X that the explosives placed on bridges along routes on the Ecuadorean coast aimed to disrupt traffic.
