ICT-BD Prosecutor Gazi MH Tamim emphasized the need for the officers to face justice, citing the International Crimes Tribunal Act which mandates their appearance. Meanwhile, the army stated they have already taken 15 of the officers into military custody, despite not receiving formal warrants.
