Four Arrested in Police Check Incident

Four individuals were arrested after attempting to evade a police check by running over the officers in the Kotwali area. The suspects, identified as the Choudhry brothers, have been apprehended and a case filed against them. Investigations into the incident continue, officials confirmed.

Four individuals were detained on Friday following allegations that they attempted to run over a police team in Kotwali.

The incident transpired on Thursday night when law enforcement officials halted an SUV for routine inspection. The occupants, identified as Pushkar, Tarun, Priyanshu, and Vansh Choudhry, allegedly tried to escape, posing significant danger to the officers, according to Senior Superintendent of Police Sanjay Kumar.

Kumar confirmed that a case has been registered, the four suspects have been arrested, and further investigations are in progress.
