A BJP-backed panel clinched a decisive victory in the elections for the High Court Club of Kolkata, as the results announced on Monday showcased their triumph in seven out of ten seats.
The club, a hub for the legal community at the Calcutta High Court, saw Kallol Mondal elected as president, and Arun Kumar Upadhyay as secretary.
According to Mondal, all crucial positions, including vice-president and treasurer, were secured by their panel, while the remaining three seats were taken by other contenders.
