Trio Nabbed in Madhya Pradesh for Blackbuck Poaching

Three men were arrested in Raisen district, Madhya Pradesh, for allegedly poaching a blackbuck. Authorities seized a blackbuck carcass, skin, a rifle, live rounds, two cars, and tools. The suspects were charged under wildlife protection laws and are currently in judicial custody.

The operation led to the seizure of a blackbuck carcass, its skin, a rifle with live rounds, and two cars filled with tools. The suspects, identified as Wasim Khan, Omkar Adivasi, and Raju Adivasi, confessed to the crime during interrogation.

Charges have been filed under the Wild Life (Protection) Act and the Forest (Conservation) Act. The accused have been remanded into judicial custody, pending further court proceedings.
