In the West Bank, escalating violence continues as Israeli soldiers shot three Palestinians, killing one. Incidents of military confrontations and civilian deaths are rising, with reports of Israeli settler attacks and tightened restrictions in the region. This year, 51 Palestinian minors have died amid the ongoing conflict.
In an escalating cycle of violence, Israeli forces shot at three Palestinians in the West Bank on Sunday, resulting in one fatality. According to the Israeli military, the Palestinians were throwing rocks at cars in the occupied territory. The Palestinian Red Crescent confirmed one death and another person wounded.
In Hebron, a tragic incident unfolded when Israeli soldiers opened fire on a car approaching them, killing a Palestinian teenager and an uninvolved bystander. An Israeli security official identified the teenager as 17-year-old Ahmed Khalil Al-Rajabi, while the bystander was 55-year-old street cleaner Ziad Naim Abu Dawood.
The Israeli military reported no soldier injuries, yet violence remains widespread in the West Bank. The region sees frequent settler attacks on Palestinians, restrictions by Israeli forces, and raids in multiple cities. According to Palestinian health ministry records, 51 minors have died this year under such circumstances.
