The court hearing involving Charles James Spencer-Churchill, the Duke of Marlborough, has been adjourned, according to British police on Thursday. The Duke, a distant relative of Winston Churchill, faces three charges of intentional strangulation.
He was supposed to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court, but a new hearing date has yet to be established, confirmed Thames Valley police.
Spencer-Churchill, known as Jamie Blandford, was arrested last May for alleged offences in Woodstock, central England, spanning from November 2022 to May 2024.
