A fatal stabbing occurred on Shamsheergunj road where a 30-year-old goldsmith was killed in public view by two individuals, including a friend. A 30-year-old goldsmith was fatally stabbed in full public view on Shamsheergunj Road, according to police sources. The incident unfolded around 9:50 PM Sunday night, with the victim, originally from Karnataka, being attacked multiple times.

Preliminary investigations reveal that two individuals, one allegedly a friend, carried out the attack, brandishing a knife. Despite efforts, the victim's relatives were unable to intervene as they were threatened by the assailants, police reported.

Upon receiving information, police officers quickly arrived at the scene and transferred the victim to a government hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival. While the motive remains unclear, authorities have registered a case and detained the suspects for further interrogation.
