In a concerning security breach, a drone resembling a toy crashed into a military base in Przasnysz, north-central Poland, as confirmed by military police following a Radio Zet report.
This incident has put Europe on high alert amid numerous drone-related disturbances at airports and military sites. Military police spokesperson Tomasz Wiktorowicz revealed the simple device was likely operated via mobile phone before its control was compromised.
Wiktorowicz stated that the drone, lacking any data transmission or recording capabilities, is currently under investigation to determine its origin and purpose.
