Pentagon Restricts Anthropic for National Security

Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth announced that Anthropic is now considered a supply-chain risk to national security. Effective immediately, any contractor, supplier, or partner associated with the U.S. military is prohibited from engaging in commercial activities with Anthropic.

Hegseth stated that, effective immediately, no contractor, supplier, or partner working with the U.S. military is permitted to conduct any commercial activity with Anthropic.
