Odisha's New Beacon: Sattwik Satyakam Devta Shines in UPSC
Sattwik Satyakam Devta, from Keonjhar district, achieved the 100th rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination. Odisha's Chief Minister congratulated him for his success, emphasizing the importance of serving the people. Sattwik, a mechanical engineering graduate, succeeded on his sixth attempt and currently works at Nabard.

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Saturday honoured Sattwik Satyakam Devta for securing the 100th rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination. The 29-year-old from Keonjhar district was accompanied by his parents to the event at Lok Seva Bhawan.
Chief Minister Majhi praised Sattwik as an inspiration for the state's youth, urging him to focus on service to society as a priority in civil service. Sattwik, an alumnus of Odisha University of Technology and Research, achieved this milestone on his sixth attempt while working as an assistant manager at Nabard.
Additionally, other notable qualifiers include Amrit Mahapatra, who ranked 121st, and Tanisha Mishra with Vishal Pattanayak securing the 211th and 341st spots respectively. Amrit's previous achievements in state service exams and family background were also highlighted.
