Ukraine is set to auction three titanium ore deposits following the revocation of extraction rights from Dmytro Firtash, a businessman currently facing sanctions from Kyiv, announced Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko on Tuesday.
The affected sites include the Malyshevske field in the Dnipropetrovsk region, along with the Valky-Hatskivske and Mezhyrichne sites in Zhytomyr.
The decision marks a significant move to allow new exploration opportunities for these resources as Ukraine seeks to capitalize on its mineral wealth.
