Officer Singh's remarks were clear: local disturbances inspired by international events are unacceptable. The officer stated that his message was focused on securing peace and upholding communal unity.

Singh advised against slogan-raising and placard displays supporting or opposing any foreign nation during religious gatherings. He firmly reiterated that attempts to introduce international conflicts into local contexts, particularly during the sacred prayers, would not be tolerated.
