A severe family dispute in Rampur Banhar village led to the brutal death of a 42-year-old woman, Ravita Devi, allegedly at the hands of her nephew. Police report that the altercation escalated into violence, resulting in tragic consequences.

The incident unfolded when tensions boiled over between two related families, sparking a confrontation. Devi suffered fatal injuries from a spade, a tool used by her nephew during the attack. The local community rushed her to Maharshi Devraha Baba Medical College but were too late—she was declared dead upon arrival.

Authorities, including Circle Officer Sanjay Reddy and Mahuadih SHO Amit Kumar Rai, have intervened to restore order. While essential suspects remain in hiding, the police are detaining others for questioning, ensuring the victim's justice. They continue their search for the main attacker, promising legal action as the body is set for post-mortem examination.
