Congress President Rahul Gandhi Thursday appointed Gayatriba Ashok Sinh Vaghela as president of Gujarat state Mahila Congress with immediate effect.
Gandhi also approved the name of Rutvik Makwana as chief organiser of Gujarat Pradesh Seva Dal.
