Foxconn founder Terry Gou qualifies to run for Taiwan president

Taiwan's election commission said on Tuesday that Terry Gou, the billionaire founder of major Apple supplier Foxconn, had collected enough valid signatures to qualify him to run as an independent candidate for president.
