BJP Leads in Andaman-Nicobar Lok Sabha Seat as Votes Are Counted
The BJP has extended its lead to 28,887 votes in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Lok Sabha seat. BJP candidate Bishnu Pada Ray has secured 76,762 votes, while his closest rival, Congress's Kuldeep Rai Sharma, has 47,875 votes. The vote counting is happening at Jawaharlal Nehru Rajkeeya Mahavidyalaya in Port Blair.

The BJP has significantly extended its lead to 28,887 votes in the lone Lok Sabha seat for Andaman and Nicobar Islands, as vote counting continued on Tuesday, according to the Election Commission.
BJP candidate Bishnu Pada Ray has thus far secured an impressive tally of 76,762 votes. His nearest contender, Kuldeep Rai Sharma from Congress, has garnered 47,875 votes.
The counting process is taking place at Jawaharlal Nehru Rajkeeya Mahavidyalaya (JNRM) in Port Blair, following the first phase of Lok Sabha elections held on April 19.
