In a significant reshuffle, Raksha Nikhil Khadse, at 37, stands out as the youngest minister in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's new cabinet, while Jitan Ram Manjhi, at 79, is the oldest. Khadse, an MP from Maharashtra, took oath as Minister of State (MoS) after winning the Raver Lok Sabha seat.

Jitan Ram Manjhi, a seasoned politician and the 23rd Chief Minister of Bihar, joined the cabinet as a Union Minister. Founder of Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM), Manjhi has a rich political history, including serving in Nitish Kumar's cabinet.

The new cabinet also saw the inclusion of other young leaders like Chirag Paswan and Jayant Choudhary as part of PM Modi's 71-member team. The coalition government aims to blend youthful energy with experienced leadership following two successful majority terms.
