Amid the political buzz in Haryana where assembly polls loom this year, three seasoned leaders from the state have found spots in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s newly formed cabinet.

BJP stalwarts Manohar Lal Khattar, Rao Inderjit Singh, and Krishan Pal Gurjar have each secured ministerial roles, with Khattar making his inaugural step into the national political arena. Singh and Gurjar, however, are seasoned hands, previously serving as Union Ministers in Modi's earlier terms.

The BJP, which clinched five out of ten seats from Haryana in the latest Lok Sabha polls, aims to consolidate its position with these strategic appointments ahead of October's assembly elections.
