Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday reaffirmed the government's commitment to national security, promising to take efforts to the next level under the Modi 3.0 administration.
Shah highlighted the battle against terrorism, insurgency, and Naxalism as top priorities. Returning to the Union Home Ministry for a second term, he emphasized continued dedication to the nation's safety.
Acknowledging the sacrifice of police forces, Shah paid tribute to fallen officers at the National Police Memorial. Additionally, he announced the implementation of three new criminal laws, replacing colonial-era legislation, effective from July 1.
