Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said he congratulated outgoing Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte on his appointment as Secretary General of the NATO alliance in a call on Tuesday.
Zelenskiy also said in a post on Telegram he had thanked Rutte for the military, political and humanitarian support the Netherlands had provided to Ukraine.
