Addressing the Rajya Sabha, following a motion of thanks for the President's address, Modi highlighted that misleading politics has been firmly defeated.

For the BJP, the Constitution goes beyond a mere collection of articles; its essence and words are pivotal, he emphasized. He noted the symbolic importance of Constitution Day for spreading constitutional spirit nationwide.

Modi praised the BJP-led NDA's historic third term, marking a return to power after a decade-long governance. Focusing on transformative goals, he underscored the ambition to elevate India to the world's third-largest economy from its current fifth position.

He also criticized Congress for suggesting that India’s growth was inevitable regardless of who governed, attributing such remarks to those accustomed to running the country on ‘auto-pilot’.
