While addressing an event where 1,500 post-graduate teachers were handed appointment letters, Soren recounted his five-month stint in jail, attributing it to opposition conspiracies. Emphasizing resilience, Soren invoked a proverb to illustrate his determination to overcome these challenges.

Soren also criticized the BJP-led central government for its economic policies, claiming high unemployment rates and hindrances to small-scale industries. He highlighted his government's employment initiatives, boasting over 60,000 job placements for youths in various sectors since taking office.
