BJP Prepares Strategy for Maharashtra Assembly Elections

BJP leader Pankaja Munde announced that the party has formulated a strategic plan for the upcoming Maharashtra assembly elections in October. After extensive discussions over two days, the core committee, which included prominent Union ministers, finalized steps to maximize seat wins together with allies Shiv Sena and NCP.

BJP leader Pankaja Munde on Friday declared that the party has developed a detailed strategy for the Maharashtra assembly elections scheduled for October.

Following a meeting of the state BJP's core committee, attended by Union ministers Bhupendra Yadav and Ashwini Vaishnaw, Munde conveyed that extensive discussions were held over the last two days, covering all 288 assembly seats.

''We have prepared a strategy for winning the maximum number of seats along with our allies Shiv Sena and NCP,'' she emphasized.

The core committee also addressed the issues to be discussed during the upcoming state BJP convention in Pune on July 21, where Union ministers Nitin Gadkari and Amit Shah will address party workers, Munde noted.

Recent welfare schemes announced in the Shiv Sena-BJP-NCP government's budget for women, youth, and farmers have been positively received by the public, she stated.

''We discussed the schemes and how the BJP and its allies can ensure these reach all 97,000 polling booths in the state,'' she added.
