With Biden out of the race, Vice President Kamala Harris has emerged as the frontrunner for the Democratic nomination to face off against Donald Trump in the November election. Germany's 10-year yield, a key benchmark for the region, fell by less than 1.5 basis points to 2.447%, while the two-year yield remained stable at 2.775%.
Last week, the European Central Bank held its policy settings firm, with President Christine Lagarde indicating that the institution's next move on September 12 remains uncertain.
