Ajit Pawar Kicks Off Jan Samman Yatra in Nashik

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar will launch the Jan Samman Yatra, an outreach initiative by the NCP, from Dindori in Nashik on August 8. The campaign aims to engage with grassroots workers and promote unity among Mahayuti alliance partners. The yatra will cover multiple constituencies and focus on various societal issues.

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar is set to launch the Jan Samman Yatra from Dindori in Nashik district on August 8, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) announced on Monday. The yatra is part of an outreach initiative ahead of the upcoming state assembly elections.

Speaking at a press conference, NCP working president Praful Patel emphasized the importance of unity among the Mahayuti alliance partners, including the BJP and Shiv Sena. He stated that the yatra aims to project a unified front, with the entire top leadership of the NCP, including senior figures like Chhagan Bhujbal and various cabinet ministers, in attendance.

The Jan Samman Yatra will cover 11 assembly constituencies in North Maharashtra over five days, aiming to engage with diverse sections of society, including women, youth, and farmers. Ajit Pawar will address key issues and promote government schemes, seeking to assure the public of the NCP's commitment to the common man.
