Rajasthan BJP President Madan Rathore on Saturday launched a scathing attack on the opposition, accusing them of creating unnecessary disruptions in the Rajya Sabha and tarnishing the House's dignity.
Rathore alleged that Congress leader Sonia Gandhi was behind the commotion, encouraging her MPs to waste the Question Hour. He condemned Rajya Sabha MP Jaya Bachchan for her 'indecent' remarks against the vice president.
Expressing confidence in the National Democratic Alliance's majority, Rathore dismissed the no-confidence motion and asserted BJP's commitment to protecting the Constitution. He also reassured that the central government is taking border precautions to avoid crises like those in Bangladesh.
