Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and former party chief Rahul Gandhi convened a crucial meeting with key party figures to strategize for the upcoming elections in four states.
Congress General Secretary K C Venugopal revealed that the discussions focused on candidate selection and election preparations, particularly for Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, Jharkhand, and Maharashtra.
Highlighting the party's determination, Venugopal stated that the Central Election Committee meeting for Jammu and Kashmir is scheduled to be held within the next few days, adding that the Congress is open to forming alliances to challenge BJP's dominance.
