Haley remarked, 'I don't think the isolationist approach is healthy. I think America can never sit in a bubble and think we won't be affected.' Her comments come in the wake of Trump's unsettling statements about Taiwan, including demands for payment for defense services rendered and comments that impacted shares of major Taiwanese companies.

Highlighting bipartisan support, Haley met with Taiwan's President Lai Ching-te and other key leaders, underlining the significance of strength and allyship.
