CM Hemant Soren Slams BJP Amid Tensions

Chief Minister Hemant Soren accused the BJP of fostering communal tension, calling for action against 'political vultures' aiming to create a separate state. He criticized Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma and BJP's 'Parivartan Yatra,' while unveiling projects and emphasizing his government's grassroots approach in Jamtara.

Chief Minister Hemant Soren has accused the BJP of inciting communal tensions across India, urging people to reject the 'political vultures' striving to create a separate state by combining parts of Jharkhand, Bihar, and Bengal. He was speaking at a function in Jamtara on Wednesday.

Soren specifically targeted Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, one of BJP's top leaders for Jharkhand, labeling him as an 'imported leader' intent on destabilizing the state's social fabric. Soren alleged that BJP's 'Parivartan Yatra' is intended to stoke communal discord ahead of the upcoming assembly elections.

The CM announced 298 new projects worth over Rs 500 crore for Jamtara and Dumka districts and promised 20 lakh houses under the Abua Awas scheme. He emphasized that his government aims to maintain direct communication with villagers to ensure effective governance.
