Speaking at the UN’s prominent Summit of the Future amid ongoing international crises like the Israel-Hamas war and the Ukraine situation, Modi reiterated that terrorism poses a severe danger to worldwide peace and security. He also identified evolving conflict zones such as cyber, maritime, and space as critical challenges.

Modi underscored the necessity for unified global action, declaring, 'Success of humanity lies in our collective strength, not in the battlefield.' On the summit's opening day, which started on Sunday, global leaders unanimously adopted the Pact of the Future, including the Global Digital Compact and the Declaration on Future Generations, aimed at directing the UN and international community forward as the organization turns 80 next year.
