BJP Kisan Morcha Protests Urea Shortage in Karnataka

The BJP Kisan Morcha has launched a protest against the Congress-led Karnataka government over an alleged urea shortage. Protests are taking place across various districts, with accusations of government mismanagement causing artificial shortages. This has led to panic among farmers, demanding immediate action from the state.

The BJP Kisan Morcha initiated a week-long protest on Monday against the Congress administration in Karnataka, addressing alleged urea shortages faced by farmers.

Protests occurred in Davangere, Koppal, and Dharwad, highlighting demands for sufficient urea supplies. In Davangere, former minister M P Renukacharya led the protest which resulted in his detention.

BJP President B Y Vijayendra blamed the state for creating artificial scarcities owing to mismanagement, causing unrest among the agrarian community.
