Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is set to visit Malaysia on Sunday, aiming to bolster bilateral ties, as stated by the Foreign Office.
Accompanying him will be Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, along with an entourage of ministers and high-ranking officials, according to a Saturday press release from the Foreign Office.
At the invitation of Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, Sharif's official visit will last from October 5 to 7, symbolizing a robust partnership rooted in mutual interests and collaboration across various sectors.
Throughout his visit, Sharif is expected to engage in bilateral discussions with his Malaysian counterpart on pressing regional and global issues.
The two leaders will assess ways to enhance bilateral relations in trade, IT, telecom, Halal industries, and more, as reported by the Foreign Office.
Agreements and memorandums regarding cooperation in both established and emerging sectors are anticipated to be signed, indicating essential collaboration between both nations.
This visit signifies Pakistan's unwavering resolve to fortify its partnership with Malaysia, emphasizing mutual efforts for peace, stability, economic growth, and sustainable progress.
