Criticizing the opposition INDIA bloc as led by individuals 'out on bail,' Modi emphasized the contrast with the NDA's cohesive leadership under Nitish Kumar.
Addressing his first election rally in Bihar, Modi dismissed the need for old-fashioned approaches, contrasting them with modern developments facilitated by the NDA.
