Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has delivered a blistering critique of the Mahagathbandhan alliance, likening its key figures to Mahatma Gandhi's 'three monkeys.' Adityanath identified Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, RJD's Tejashwi Yadav, and Samajwadi Party head Akhilesh Yadav as 'Pappu, Tappu, and Appu,' suggesting they are oblivious to the developmental strides made in Bihar.
During a public address in Keoti, Bihar, Adityanath claimed the opposition alliance is colluding with mafias and destabilizing the region's security. He accused these leaders of being indifferent to the state's progress because of their alleged connections with family mafias, charging them with undermining national unity by promoting caste-based divisions.
As the Bihar Assembly election looms, with polling set for November 6 and 11, the BJP seeks to secure the Keoti seat against formidable opponents from RJD, Jan Suraaj, and AIMIM. Results will be announced on November 14, in what promises to be a tightly contested electoral battle.
