Prashant Kishor, the Jan Suraaj Party leader, has lambasted Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's JD(U) for allegedly swaying election results. Kishor claims that the JD(U) would have secured just 25 seats if not for financial benefits distributed before the elections.
During a recent press conference, Kishor candidly acknowledged his party's failure in the elections, stating that responsibility for the poor performance lies on his shoulders. He accused widespread 'vote chori' (vote theft) across India and urged opposition parties to escalate the issue to the Supreme Court.
Kishor also criticized his political rivals for vote-buying tactics and divisive politics, saying he has refrained from such practices. Despite setbacks, he remains determined to address perceived mistakes and return stronger in future elections.
