Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav has leveled sharp criticism at the ruling BJP, accusing them of possessing a 'superficial and purely electoral' faith. Yadav specifically highlighted the neglect of the Sankarshan Kund in Mathura, claiming the sacred site has been left to flounder amid 'heaps of filth.'
In a series of recent posts, Yadav raised concerns over the BJP's alleged intentions to commercialize Janeshwar Mishra Park, a major green area in Lucknow. He called on residents to mobilize in a civil movement to protect their right to clean air and maintain the city's greenery.
Yadav's warnings extend to what he sees as a broader threat to public parks across Uttar Pradesh, suggesting that commercialization could replace green spaces with parking lots, leaving neighborhoods littered with waste. His message was a clear call to action, urging people to preserve the environment before it's too late.
