The BJP has appointed Nitin Nabin, a prominent cabinet minister in the Bihar government, as its national working president. This appointment was decided by the BJP's parliamentary board and announced by BJP national general secretary Arun Singh.
Nitin Nabin, 45, who belongs to the Kayastha community, emerges as one of the youngest leaders to occupy such an esteemed position, with the likelihood of succeeding the incumbent BJP Chief J P Nadda. As a five-time MLA and a multiple-term minister in the Bihar Government, Nabin has built a reputation for his diligence and hard work.
His appointment was met with congratulations from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who lauded Nabin's track record of fulfilling people's aspirations and expressed confidence in his ability to strengthen the party further. Nabin also brings a solid background in governance and extensive experience within the party organization, including his previous role with Yuva Morcha.
