Putin's aide spoke to U.S. officials by phone, Kremlin says

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed his foreign policy aide, Yuri Ushakov, to speak to members of the U.S. administration after Moscow received U.S. proposals about a possible Ukrainian peace deal, the Kremlin said on Friday.
It was agreed with the U.S. to continue dialogue, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
