BJP Secures Victory in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Elections
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) emerged victorious in the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation elections, winning 57 seats. AIMIM ranked second with 33 seats. Notably, Shiv Sena and BJP contested separately this time. In the 2015 elections, BJP won 22 seats and the Shiv Sena won 29.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has claimed a significant triumph in the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation elections, seizing 57 out of 115 seats.
Rising as the second strongest party, the All India Majlis E Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) captured 33 seats, establishing a commendable presence.
Compared to the previous elections, this year's contest saw the BJP contest separately from the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena, which only secured 13 seats. In 2015, the undivided Shiv Sena had won 29 seats, while BJP managed 22.
