Ashraf Azmi Leads Congress in BMC After Historic Low

The Congress party has appointed three-time corporator Ashraf Azmi as its group leader in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), following a historical low in election results.
According to Congress MLA Amin Patel, the party will analyze recent election outcomes where many candidates lost by narrow margins and develop strategic plans for future endeavors.
Despite the BJP-Shiv Sena alliance securing a decisive victory, Congress aims to fortify its grassroots organization and groom new leaders from the current cohort of corporators.
