Complementing these sentiments, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya emphasized the soldiers' courage and unwavering dedication, remarking on how their sacrifices remain a beacon of inspiration. Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak joined in these tributes, honoring the martyrs who laid down their lives on February 14, 2019.

The attack, executed by a suicide bomber targeting a CRPF convoy, resulted in the loss of 40 lives and prompted India to respond with the Balakot airstrike. The remembrance serves as a poignant call to action in the continued fight against terrorism.
